Key Functions
•Broadly, the Program Objective is to improve the performance of Karachi’s Local Councils in urban management, financing, and service delivery; and to improve the business environment for private sector development in Karachi. CLICK also finances micro-level development schemes of Local Councils. CLICK shall also carry out a comprehensive UIPT survey in Karachi.
