The Sindh Appellate Tribunal of Local Council is a judicial platform which has been hearing the appeals related to local government, municipal jurisdiction under the provision of the Section-143 of the Sindh Local Government Act, 2013; provincial/ municipal law read with the Rule-4 of the Sindh councils Appeal Rules, 1982.
