•Technical Wing, Local Government  Department  deals with the Development  Activity being carried out  by various field offices under Provincial Annual Development Plan (ADP) and Federal Public Sector Development Program (PSDP)

•The Technical Wing, deals with the process project PC-Is, issuance of Administrative Approvals, Release of Funds, compilation of progress report for transmission to P&D Department  In general, Technical Wing carries out Desk Monitoring only due to limitations of organizational structure
